All our instructors are associate members of the STA, qualified in Aquatic Teaching for Baby & Pre-School with Child & Baby rescue & resuscitation. Sarah Scheele heads the Academy, having trained with Sally MacLeod who originally founded Swim Academy for Babies in 2003. Sarah also holds the Birthlight Diploma 1 in Infant Aquatics, as well as the RLSS National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches with specialist module in Infant LIfe Support.
