WELCOME TO SWIM ACADEMY FOR BABIES!

Thank you for completing your registration form, your username and password have been sent to your email address. You are now active on our timetable and will be sent a welcome email with further information about the venue and direct contact details for your Tutor.  If you have not received a welcome email from anyone at Swim Academy for Babies within a couple of days of starting,  please contact us URGENTLY via Facebook messenger. Please read the information below carefully as it contains important terms and conditions, then save the link for this page for future reference.

FEE PAYMENT
In order to keep our fees as reasonable as possible, we do not currently accept card payments. If you would prefer to pay by Paypal please contact us by email or messenger, although please note there is a 3% fee. All the payment methods below do not incurr additional costs! If there is another payment method you would prefer then please contact your Tutor direct and we will help if we are able to.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment must be made in full for at least one term unless by special arrangement with your Tutor, the full term fee is due on the day of your first lesson. Refunds will not be given for absences as staffing and pool time will have already been allocated. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a class due to illness or temporary pool closure, and the class cannot be offered at another suitable time, then a credit will be issued for the following term or half of term – please try not to embarrass your Tutor by asking for refunds or credits for sessions that you do not attend through no fault of ours.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your booking in writing at any time up to 48 hours before your first lesson and we will refund you in full. Please allow 28 days for a refund to be processed. Our administration fee for cancellations part way through term is £20, you must let us know in writing by the day you wish to stop swimming with Swim Academy for Babies as your refund minus administration fee will be calculated from the date on which you inform us. There is no charge for venue changes, however we discourage this partway through term.

HOLDING YOUR PLACE
When you first book with us, your place will be held unless we are otherwise notified in writing as per our Cancellation policy. Each term you will be sent a rebooking email. In order to hold your space for the new term you must inform us in writing or log into your user area on our home page to manually hold your place. If we do not hear from you by the deadline stated in the rebooking email, we will assume that you are not returning and your place could be passed on to the waiting list.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Your fees will go direct to swim Academy for Babies unless otherwise stated.  We have several Licence holders who are highly trained to work under our banner. If your classes are under licence then you will be paying your fees directly to the licence holder.  Any refunds or credits must be claimed from them and will be processed by them.  If your classes are run by a licence holder it will be stated in the payment information below.
