PAYMENT INFORMATION FOR SOMERSET

Swim Academy for Babies in Somerset is run by Eleanor Jones who is a Licence Holder, licensed to manage and run all our classes in Somerset and to teach in Swim Academy for Babies’ name. Your fees will be paid into her own business account “Swim Academy for Babies Somerset” and not to Swim Academy for Babies Ltd.
You can pay your fees using several different methods. In order to keep swimming fees as reasonable as possible, Eleanor does not accept card payments.  All the payment methods below do not incur additional costs!

If there is another payment method you would prefer e.g paypal etc then please contact Eleanor direct and she will help where possible.

CHEQUE:

Cheques made payable to “Swim Academy for Babies Somerset”, please hand direct to Eleanor.

Please note that cheques can take up to 21 working days to process and clear, therefore to save our embarrassment and yours, please ensure that adequate funds are available. The fee for a bounced cheque is currently £6 and includes cheques that are re-presented by the bank.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please write YOUR NAME and BABY’S NAME and CLASS DAY/TIME clearly on the back of the cheque. Cheques can take up to 21 working days to process, please ensure you have adequate funds in your account to avoid additional fees (currently £6 per bounce)
