Payment terms & conditions: Cancellations made 14 days prior to start date will be refunded in full. Cancellations made 7 days (or less) prior to start date will incur a £20 administration fee. Once classes have started we cannot issue refunds or credits, nor can we give “catch-up” classes for sessions you missed. In the unlikely event that ‘Swim Academy for Babies’ cancels a class you will be offered an alternative session to catch up in (if possible) or you will be issued with a credit on your account.
